Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Seller Signal collects and how it is used. As shipped, the honest summary is: almost nothing. The site has no backend, forms open your own email client instead of storing anything, and the analytics and advertising integrations are inactive placeholders that cannot load until you explicitly consent.

What we collect today

What would be collected if the placeholders were activated

The code contains inactive, consent-gated placeholders. If a site operator activates them, the following would apply, and this policy must be updated to name the actual providers and IDs:

Your rights

Under the GDPR, the CCPA, and similar laws you have rights of access, correction, deletion, and objection over personal data. Because this site stores no personal data server-side, most requests reduce to two self-service actions: clear your consent choice on the Cookies page, and manage any emails you sent us by writing to desk@sellersignal.example (placeholder address; replace at launch) to have correspondence deleted.

Newsletter data

Subscription requests arrive by email. The address you send from is used only to deliver the briefing and process unsubscribes; it is not sold, shared, or enriched. Every edition includes an unsubscribe path, and unsubscribe requests are honored within 72 hours.

Children

This site is a business publication for professional sellers and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

Material changes are announced in the daily briefing and dated here. The "Last reviewed" date above always reflects the current text.
