Terms of Use
By reading Seller Signal you agree to a simple bargain: we work to publish accurate, sourced intelligence for Amazon sellers, and you treat it as information (not legal, tax, financial, or compliance advice) and verify anything consequential against primary sources before acting on it.
1. Informational content only
Everything on this site and in the newsletter is general information for business audiences. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, or regulatory-compliance advice, and no reader relationship with any licensed professional is created. Policy details, fees, thresholds, and deadlines change; the controlling source is always Amazon's own documentation in Seller Central or the relevant regulator, and worked examples on this site are illustrative estimates, not guarantees.
2. Accuracy and corrections
We apply the verification standards described on the About page, but errors happen. Where we learn of one we correct it in place. Your sole remedy for any inaccuracy is to stop relying on the content and notify us via the contact page.
3. Acceptable use
- You may read, link to, and quote brief excerpts of the content with attribution.
- You may not republish substantial portions, scrape the site into a competing product, or present the content as your own.
- You may not use the site to transmit malware or attempt to disrupt hosting infrastructure.
4. Third parties
External links, including any activated affiliate links (disclosed where present), lead to sites we do not control and are provided for convenience. Amazon, FBA, and Seller Central are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates; Seller Signal is independent of and unaffiliated with Amazon.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and newsletter are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and Seller Signal is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, account suspensions, stranded inventory, or advertising losses, arising from use of or reliance on the content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to $100.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated; the effective date above changes when they are. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
